Vendors are welcomed this year. Vendor fee is $75.00 per table space, which is in addition to the retreat registration fee. All Vendors must be pre-registered for the retreat in order to vend. Vending space is limited to a first come, first registered basis, and space is limited to (3).

Each room in the main building has two single beds, a sink and closet/storage space.
In the cabins there are sixteen beds per cabin and each cabin has shower and toilet facilities.
Rooms are taken on a first come first served basis. Upon registration you must select your room choice and be paid in full prior to event day. No exceptions.
The weekend includes five(5) meals with unlimited access to beverages which includes coffee and tea. For those staying Sunday night there will be dinner and Continental breakfast Monday morning.
